BIOGRAPHY

Penny was brought up on the Isle of Wight and loved painting from a very early age.  After quite a few years working in retailing in London, Penny’s family life took her to the beautiful Cotswold’s (a wonderful source of inspiration).

“I have been happily painting professionally here for over 20 years now.  Bliss for me is the radio, a mug of coffee, and paintbrush in hand experimenting with different colour combinations and textures.  I love painting imaginary country scenes and trees with a story to tell. I have really enjoyed creating the many collections.”
